How quickly will I hear back?
We reply to every inquiry within two business days, usually the same afternoon. If your note lands on a weekend, expect a response by Tuesday morning at the latest.
What happens after I send my note?
One of the partners reads it personally. If there is a fit, we schedule a 30 minute discovery call to understand the work, the people involved, and the outcomes that matter. There is no pitch deck and no pressure.
Do you take on small projects?
We take on small projects when the shape of the work is clear and the values align. Most of our engagements sit between focused sprints and long form retainers. If you are unsure whether your idea fits, tell us anyway and we will point you in the right direction.
